The EBoat world is still in the early adoption phase and therefore they are currently more expensive than their gas counterparts. With advancement in solid state batteries and other technologies, as well as increased production demands, the gap in price is getting more narrow. Also remember that purchase price is only part of the formula. Total cost of ownership is important as the fuel and maintenance costs are much less with electric boating.
