Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days prior to your cruise. You may request a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
All requests must be made in writing. You must reply to the confirmation email you received when you booked your reservation.
Same day cancellations will be considered a no call/ no show. No refunds of any kind will be offered.
We understand that sometimes weather gets in the way and that is out of our control. In the occasion there is inclement weather and it is not safe to be on the water, we will make that call and notify you to discuss options.
